Who Qualifies
Georgia residents who are visually impaired or unable to read due to disability, stroke or other neurological condition, and need access to spoken local and national newspapers, magazines, books, and information.

Vocal Point (formally the Georgia Radio Reading Service) gives free audio access to newspapers, magazines, books, community news, and events for people in Georgia who are blind, have low vision, or cannot read print due to disability.
