Cobb County Senior Services can help with financial assistance for in-home respite care. The goal of the Respite Care program is to provide temporary relief to caregivers who are caring for loved ones diagnosed with:
• Alzheimer’s disease or other neurological conditions
• Physical or intellectual disabilities
• Require assistance with at least 3 activities of daily living
Services are provided in the home by a pre-approved vendor. Services may include: companionship, supervision, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance.
