People living in the Atlanta area who need affordable healthcare
Uninsured or underinsured individuals and families
Low-income patients
They especially welcome patients in priority ZIP codes 30318 and 30314, as well as prenatal and pediatric patients.

For new patients:
If you live in priority ZIP codes (30318 or 30314), ask about FastTrack registration.
For all others, register online (first-come, first-served). Registration usually opens at the beginning of each month.
Bring these documents to your appointment: photo ID, proof of address, proof of income, and insurance card (if you have one).
Description
The Good Samaritan Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides affordable primary medical care, dental care, behavioral/mental health services, nutrition support, and health education to the whole family. Most specialty services are limited and depend on volunteer specialists being available at the time.
