Who Qualifies

• Be a Georgia resident

• Have a disability (or be purchasing equipment for a family member with a disability)

• Demonstrate the ability to repay the loan

• Request funding for assistive technology, accessibility equipment, or home/vehicle modifications

• Some participants may also qualify for credit-builder loans designed to establish or repair credit history

Application Process

1. Download and complete the CreditAble application form or request assistance from program staff.

2. Submit the application by email (creditable@fodac.org) to the program office or through participating partner organizations.

3. Provide supporting documentation (proof of disability, equipment quotes, income/financial information).

4. The application is reviewed, and if approved, the loan is processed through a participating credit union for the purchase of the requested equipment or modification.
