Who Qualifies
To qualify for the pharmacy program, individuals must:
Be 18 years or older
Be uninsured
Live in the state of Georgia
Have a valid prescription for needed medication
Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
Application Process
Call 678-892-6160 or 770-687-2610 to start the process.
Fill out the eligibility form and provide proof of income and residency.
Once approved, you can pick up your medications at the pharmacy.

St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Community Pharmacy is a fully licensed charitable pharmacy that provides free or low-cost prescription medications and wellness education to low-income and uninsured residents across Georgia. They focus on maintenance medications for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, COPD, heart disease, and mental health.
