Description
Open Hand Atlanta is a leading nonprofit organization that provides free, home-delivered, medically tailored meals created and approved by nutritionists to support individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or homebound conditions, helping them manage health and live more independently across metro Atlanta and Georgia. They are also a vendor for ICWP food delivery as well, so when someone is on the HCBS Waiver, they can transition to this service through their company, Good Measure Meals.
