Who Qualifies
You are 65 years of age or older
You have a physical or mental disability proven by one of the following: Social Security disability letter, VA service-connected disability card, disabled parking permit, or a completed Healthcare Provider Certification form
You have a Medicare card (red, white, and blue)
Application Process

Gather your documents: a valid photo ID plus your proof of age, disability, or Medicare card
Visit MARTA Headquarters at 2424 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Submit your form and documents in person to receive your card
Load money onto your card -- each ride costs $1.00
Description
MARTA's Reduced Fare Breeze Card lets eligible riders use all MARTA buses and trains for just $1.00 per ride -- half the regular fare. The program is open to seniors 65 and older, people with disabilities, and Medicare cardholders. The card itself is free to get.
