Who Qualifies

• Be a Georgia resident

• Have a hearing, speech, or vision disability that interferes with telephone communication

• Provide professional certification verifying the disability (physician, audiologist, speech-language pathologist, vocational rehabilitation counselor, etc.)

• Have telephone or internet service available where the equipment will be used

• Once approved, applicants are contacted to schedule equipment selection, training, and installation at no cost
