Who Qualifies: Applicants must meet income requirements (generally less than 200%) of federal poverty guidelines and be Georgia residents for at least one year. While this program’s funding is primarily supported by the Public Service Commission, the hearing aid package is not free. You will have a copayment.
Application Process: If you are an adult (age 18+) interested in applying for services, please apply online or download the application. In addition to a completed application, you must submit supporting documentation to prove your household income, identification, Georgia residency and unexpired hearing test with a GCCN provider. Description
In partnership with the Georgia Public Service Commission, the Hearing Aid Dispatch program removes the financial barrier to care for low-income Georgia residents and provides hearing aids at dramatically reduced costs.
