Who Qualifies
Moving out of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or living with HIV/AIDS
Must have a referral from a partnering caseworker or social worker — individuals cannot self-refer
Must be within the delivery area: all of Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Clayton counties, plus parts of Henry, Cherokee, Douglas, Rockdale, Coweta, and Paulding counties
Application Process
Contact your caseworker or social worker and ask for a referral to the Furniture Bank
Your caseworker submits the referral on your behalf through furniturebankatlanta.org
Once approved, a delivery appointment is scheduled
Description
The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta provides free furniture and household items to people moving out of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or living with HIV/AIDS. All furniture is delivered — there is no pick-up.
