Who Qualifies

To qualify for services you must:

Live in Fulton County or the city of Atlanta
Have low income (usually at or below the federal poverty guidelines)
Are in a real emergency (such as risk of eviction, utility shut-off, job loss, medical bills, or other sudden hardship)
Can show proof of income, ID, and other documents

Application Process

There are no walk-ins.

Please call to schedule an appointment at (404) 320-0166 and ask for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Department.

Appointments are in-person. Make sure to bring all required documentation.

Description

Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) provides no cost emergency financial assistance to families and some individuals in the Atlanta area who are facing a financial crisis.

They offer general financial help to ease money problems. Each request is reviewed case by case.
