Who Qualifies
Open to the general public, with a strong focus on serving uninsured and underinsured patients, immigrants, refugees, and the multicultural community in Clarkston and surrounding areas. Sliding scale fees are available for those who qualify.
Application Process
Call the clinic at 470-799-0044 to schedule an appointment or register as a new patient. Walk-ins may be accepted for some services, but calling ahead is recommended. Bring photo ID and proof of income if applying for reduced fees.
