Who Qualifies
You must meet ALL of these:
Cannot afford dental care
Live in Georgia (currently accepting applications in select counties only — call to confirm)
Meet one of the following:
Age 65 or older, OR
Have a permanent disability, OR
Are medically fragile
Application Process
1. Complete the online or paper DDS application (application link).
2. Submit proof of income, proof of disability (if applicable), and medical information (a doctor may need to complete a form).
3. Applications are reviewed and placed on a waiting list (wait time can be several months to over a year).
4. If selected, you will be matched with a volunteer dentist near you.
5. Final acceptance is decided by the volunteer dentist after the first appointment.
Description
Dental Lifeline Network’s Donated Dental Services (DDS) program in Georgia matches eligible low-income individuals with volunteer dentists and labs who provide free comprehensive dental treatment. This includes exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other major restorative work.
