Over the age of 65, persons with a qualifying disability. Must live in Dekalb County.

Call the Aging Information Line (770-322-2950), answer some screening questions, and meet with an eligibility specialist to determine care needs.

Description

The Adult Day Respite Voucher Program serves caregivers and families in the DeKalb community with vouchers to assist with the cost of day care and respite services for their eligible family member.
