Who Qualifies
Age: 18 years or older.
Residency: Must live in the metro Atlanta area (e.g., Butts, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding, Rockdale counties).
Income: Household income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Insurance: Must be uninsured for dental services; those with dental insurance typically are not eligible for free care under the program.

Submit proof of eligibility:
Photo ID
Proof of residence (utility bill, lease, etc.)
Proof of income (recent pay stubs, tax return, or benefit letter)
Proof of no dental insurance
Documents can be emailed to renew@jfcsatl.org, faxed to 404-885-7581, or mailed to the clinic address.
Once approved, you will be scheduled for an appointment.
Description
Ben Massell Dental Clinic provides free comprehensive dental care to low-income adults who cannot afford dental treatment. Services are provided by volunteer dentists and hygienists. They offer exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals, gum treatment, dentures/partials (limited), and some specialty care.
