Wholesome Wave Georgia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Georgia. They work to make fresh, healthy, and locally grown food affordable and accessible for all Georgians, especially low-income families, through partnerships with farmers markets, farms, and community organizations.

Programs include:

  • Fresh for Less: Dollar-for-dollar matching of SNAP/EBT benefits at farmers markets and retailers (50% off fresh produce)

  • SNAP Connection: Free help applying for SNAP (food stamps) and other benefits

  • Food For Health: Nutrition education and produce prescriptions for better health access
